Join 107.7 The Bronc’s dinner table and become a part of our culinary family!
The Bronc has taste-tested each and every recipe submitted to this year’s Rider Student Top Chef competition, and while everyone’s family recipe deserves recognition, there were three that were simply a cut above the rest and will definitely make their family proud.
Congratulations to our three foodie finalists:
- Chloe Orr – Grandma Wagner’s Goulash
- Taryn Grey – Chicken and Dumplings
- Victoria Grisanzio – My Italian Mama’s Famous Eggplant Parmigiana
Each Top Chef finalist has chosen someone close to them to cook along side. Chloe Orr is cooking with her mom Gretchen, Taryn Grey is will be in the kitchen with her friend Ethan Lane, and Victoria Grisanzio is stirring the pot with her mom Colette.
These three students have been chosen to compete in the Rider Student Top Chef: Family Recipes Finale Wednesday, November 20 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Daly Dining Hall.
Make sure you and your Rider family visit Daly’s to sample our student’s culinary creations and cast your vote by texting the name of the Rider student chef who crafted your favorite dish of the night!
The student who receives the most votes by the end of the competition will be crowned the Rider Student Top Chef: Family Recipes champion. This year’s top chef will receive a 50″ xfinity HDTV, a private two-hour VIP axe-throwing session for 10 at Bury The Hatchet – Lawrenceville, $150 in Bronc Bucks courtesy of Gourmet Dining; and their winning recipe featured as a special menu item at one of Gretalia Hospitality Group’s #GetForky restaurants including: Osteria Procaccini, PJ’s Pancake House, and Trattoria Procaccini!
