Get out your recipe books and get ready to cook for hundreds and hundreds of hungry, hungry Broncs. Enter to win 107.7 The Bronc’s Rider Student Top Chef culinary competition. This year’s theme is THE BIG CHEESE!
Say cheese and get ready to melt away, this year’s top chef is super cheesy. Every recipe will be “gouda” as long as it involves one secret, but main ingredient, CHEESE. So, quadruple your recipe size to make plenty of portions, because these Broncs are coming hungry to this event!

Submit your recipe October 24 through Friday, November 18, 2022. Everyone who enters will receive a 30-minute jump pass to Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Hamilton. After you submit your best recipe, the Daly Dining Hall chefs will choose their top three cheesy dishes from our aspiring student chefs to prepare, cook and serve at the Rider Student Top Chef: The Big Cheese Performance Cook-off on Thursday, December 1 beginning at 5 p.m. at Daly’s.
Maybe you’ll be the “cheese’n” one and melt together the most votes to win this semester’s grand prize: $300 Visa gift card from 107.7 The Bronc; a 10-Person Group Jump with pizza and drinks at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Hamilton; and a Dr. Pepper 26-inch mountain bike; plus an embroidered chef’s coat along with a cooking basket from Rider Dining Services and a 107.7 The Bronc T-shirt and drawstring bag. Other runner-up prizes include a Coleman steel-belted 54-quart cooler and Tailgating Pros Cornhole Set with a carrying case and LED lights from Coca-Cola and more! Anyone who submits a recipe will recieve a 30 minute jump pass to Skyzone trampoline park in Hamilton.
