If you are feeling hungry head to PJ’s Pancake House for 107.7 The Bronc’s very own Bronc Bowls. These extremely delicious bowls are available now at all PJ’s Pancake House locations, including their original location in Princeton, Ewing, Kingston, Robbinsville, West Windsor ane their newest location in Lawrenceville.

There are three Bronc Bowls to choose from on the PJ’s menu including the Cranberry Rice Pudding Crumble Bowl, the Asian Chicken Rice Bowl and the Carne Asada Bowl.

The Bronc bowls are a hit, so far over 1500 have been sold which means we have raised over $3000 for the station.

The Middle Eastern Bowl is a mix of beef and lamb gyro meat, hummus, cucumber, tomatoes, and olive salad. The Asian Chicken Rice Bowl is filled with flame-grilled chicken, a poached egg and julienne vegetable fried rice in a soy scallion sauce. Last but not least, the Carne Asada Bowl is made up of marinated grilled steak, avocado, pico di gallo, black beans, corn and rice.

The Middle Eastern Bowl costs $16.95, and the Asian Chicken Rice and Carne Asada Bowls cost just $15.95 each and all of the proceeds go to support 107.7 The Bronc spectacular broadcast studios here at Rider University.
