Meet the Host and Producer

Paulene grew up in sunny Southern California before moving east to obtain her bachelor’s degree from Penn State and master’s degree from Rutgers University. She is currently an Ed.S. graduate student in the School Psychology program at Rider University. She is working as a graduate assistant for the Career Development and Success office where she assists with career fairs, tracks Rider alumni career outcomes, and helps students build strong resumes and relationships. Paulene writes and records career tips for Career Moves with 107.7 the Bronc and 107.7 The Bronc Retro. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading books, baking, and watching movies.

 

Mikayla is a Graduate Assistant in the Career Development & Success Center. She is from Robbinsville, NJ and is getting her masters in Dance Movement Therapy within the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. At CDS Mikayla helps to set up career fairs, help students build/edit their resumes, and track Rider graduate outcomes and success. She writes and records Career Tips for 107.7 The Bronc and 107.7 The Bronc Retro. Prior to attending Rider, she studied Dance & Psychology at Rutgers University. Outside of school Mikayla loves spending time with friends, finding a good iced coffee, and dancing anywhere she can.
