107.7 The Bronc and Rider Eats by Gourmet Dining has reviewed every delicious dessert recipe that our expert, student pastry chefs have submitted to us, all in order to find Rider University’s baker of choice to be showcased at Rider’s biggest culinary competition.

This year’s final three bakers are:
David Brooks- Promiscuous Cheesecake Bars with Caramel and Sea Salt
Marissa Murdock- Grandma Copp’s Cream Puff’s
Thomas Cody- Irish Whiskey and Stout Chocolate Cake

This finale will have you cheering for s’more! Don’s miss 107.7 The Bronc’s Dessert Wars: Baker’s Choice Bake-Off. The winner of Dessert Wars: Baker’s Choice will receive: an Apple iPad courtesy of xfinity , 52-weeks of free tanning to the Tanning Zone in Ewing and Hamilton, and $150 in Bronc Bucks from Rider Dining, plus four tickets to a 2020 Trenton Thunder baseball game at Arm & Hammer Park in Trenton, NJ, and will have the opportunity to have their dessert featured in the Rider Pub for the remainder of the semester.
Other prizes include Felt’s bicycle from Pepsi, a VIP axe-throwing session for 10 courtesy of Bury The Hatchet in Lawrenceville, a laser tag party for 20 at Colonial Bowling and Entertainment Center in Lawrenceville, tickets to a 2020 Trenton Thunder baseball game and more!
