culinary competition.

Our runner-ups are David Brooks (2nd Place) with his Pineapple Ice Cream Summer Vacation (2nd Place) and Melissa Morrissey’s Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Angel Food Cake (3rd Place).
The Rider student baker behind the most fabulous fruit recipe will receive an Alexa by Amazon from Pepsi and Pure Leaf, a year’s supply of Enlightened Ice Cream, free tanning sessions for a year courtesy of The Tanning Zone in Hamilton, $200 in Bronc Bucks, a pair of tickets to a 2018 Trenton Thunder game and more. Other prizes include a private VIP laser tag party for 20, plus a $50 gift card at Colonial Bowling & Entertainment and 2018 Trenton Thunder Baseball tickets.
