JJ Santagata is in pursuit of a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Communications. JJ has done an on-air show at 107.7 the Bronc which introduced him to his current broadcast role. JJ is also a four-year Rider Ice Hockey player, currently captaining the team. In his spare time, JJ likes to write sport articles, mainly focusing on the NHL though, for his site liveinthestands.com. He also comes from a baseball background and played it his whole life. JJ’s next goal is a Masters in Education while working as a Graduate Assistant at University of Mary Washington. JJ’s non-athletic interests include reading, playing golf, working with athletes, volunteering on the weekends for some non-profits, blogging and anything that brings a smile to himself and others. If JJ has any dislikes, it would be when Michael Kay calls a high fly ball during Yankee games.
