Our most delicious contest is back and tastier than ever! You have the chance to recreate mom’s home cooking to become the next top chef and take over Rider’s culinary realm.
Enter to win Rider Student Top Chef: Comfort Foods presented by Doc’s Bar and Grill, Rider Dining Services by Aramark, PJ’s Pancake House, Colonial Bowling and Entertainment, and Sam’s Club of Princeton.
The challenge this semester is to give us a little flavor of home. Recreate a classic comfort food recipe you may have enjoyed as a kid. Give us your take on classic comfort foods like grilled cheese, chicken pot pie and pot roast or provide us with a twist on an old favorite like lobster mac-n-cheese, turkey meatloaf and chicken and waffles. Enter your recipes between Monday, October 12 at 12:01 a.m. and Friday, November 6 at 12 p.m. on our contest entry page (entry page closed). Three dishes will be chosen to compete in The Rider Student Top Chef: Comfort Foods Finale Thursday, November 12 at Daly Dining Hall.
