107.7 The Bronc has been rigorously searching for the best student top chef. After much debate, and many melty entries, our cheese-oologists have come to a decision on who our finalists are for The Big Cheese.
Don’t miss Rider Student Top Chef: The Big Cheese Performance Cook-Off and Finale Thursday, December 1 starting at 5 p.m. at Daly Dining Hall.
This is your chance to sample and vote for your favorite recipe. Who’s charming cheesy dish is deserving of your vote?
- Victoria Katt – Chicken Parmesan Bread – WINNER
- Leila Johnson – Korean Corn Dog – 2nd Place
- Jasmine Parrott – Loaded Buffalo Nachos – 3rd Place
The student recipe that melts together the most votes at the end of the competition will be crowned the Rider Student Top Chef: The Big Cheese Champion. The “cheese’n” one will win this semester’s grand prize: a $300 Visa gift card from 107.7 The Bronc; a 10-Person Group Jump with pizza and drinks at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Hamilton; and a Dr. Pepper 26-inch mountain bike; plus an embroidered chef’s coat along with a cooking basket from Rider Dining Services and a 107.7 The Bronc T-shirt, drawstring bag and more!
Other runner-up prizes include a Coleman steel-belted 54-quart cooler and Tailgating Pros Corn Hole Set with a carrying case and LED lights from Coca-Cola and more! Anyone who submits a recipe will receive a 30-minute jump pass at Sky Zone.
