Sweet Sushi
Ingredients:
Fruit Roll Ups (The large square ones)
Rice Crispy Treats* (Homemade to roll)
Swedish Fish
Coconut dyed green
Nutella
*Ingrediants for Rice Crispy Treats
Butter
Mini Marshmallow’s
Rice Crispies
Instructions:
For Rice Crispies Treats:
3 tablespoons butter
4 cups Miniature Marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
2. Add RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated. Be sure they are able to be rolled, so not too hard.
3. Remove from heat onto a nonstick tray
Sweet Sushi:
Cut the Crispy treats into even thin rectangles, the same size as the fruit roll ups. Keep them thin so the sushi isn’t to thick, and it is easier to roll. Lay out the Fruit Roll-up’s under the peice of Crispy treat. Spread a thin layer of Nutella onto the Crispy treats, enough to cover the entire peice. Then put a thin row of the green coconut near the end of the crispy treat going long ways. Put enough Swedish fish in one row on top of the coconut row. Roll the side with the coconut and swedish fish inside first. Cut into small bite size peices, and enjoy!
