- Francesca Davie – Fried Brussel Sprouts Stuffed with Maple Bacon Jam
- Toniann Seals – Buffalo Chicken Empanadas

The Rider student chef with the most votes at the end of the cooking demonstration will win the grand prize: a Starbucks cruiser bicycle and a $250 Starbucks gift card.
Second prize is Rockstar Energy Yeti backpack cooler and a year’s supply of Pepsi, while third prize is a Mountain Dew Aluminum Corn Hole game and a George Foreman grill! All three student finalists will also receive a Rider Student Top Chef
